Drawing reference from the existing Quincy Jones’ building constructed in 1954, the new landscaped elements are organized around each suite to more completely integrate outdoor public spaces with the respective offices. New patios are enclosed with transparent panels, which allow unobstructed light without compromising privacy. Future phases include converting existing warehouse space to creative office and re-envisioning the parking lot with landscaping, additional parking and a structure to screen auto stackers.
