ANAND  DEVARAJAN  ARCHITECTURE

Seth is destination Cocktail bar in Torreón Coahuila Mexico named after the Egyptian god of chaos. The project is inspired by a close group of friends and business partners who travel the world to explore their personal passions in culture—including dining, craft cocktail and mixology, design, art and architecture. The cocktail bar is located the heart of a bourgeoning cultural district in Torreón with high end and experimental restaurants. The design of the intimate 35 square meter space is organized around a sculptural central bar comprised of exotic woods and copper paneling. The surrounding room is clad in curved travertine with intaglio reliefs and inlayed sculpted onyx niches.  Due to the space limitations, the ceiling features a hanging glass cellar which showcases the spirits in a new and different perspective with a central leather coffered ceiling stitched with fiber optic lighting. Every aspect of the patron experience is intended to be holistically crafted with the design of the space, from the seasonal cocktail menu, to the mixologist presentation.

The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed Fall 2023.
