The tenant improvement project involves the design of approximately 1,500-square-foot dental office for a passionate art collector, who treasures the works of artists like Maurits Cornelis Escher, Roberto Matta, and Salvador Dali. This multifaceted space not only serves as a platform to showcase the collector’s prized art collection but also aims to provide an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients.
The project features a unique wood slats design in the reception area, creating a visually striking focal point. Additionally, it includes multiple individual office spaces, offering both functionality and privacy for dental practitioners. The overall design seamlessly combines the worlds of dentistry and art, promising a captivating and comfortable experience for art enthusiasts and patients alike.
