This 750 square foot addition and 915 square foot renovation is configured around a new exterior courtyard and hearth, designed to be the center of the family’s activities. View corridors through the new living suites and renovated home take advantage of light from above and views to landscaping beyond. A 250 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit replaces the existing garage and adds balance to the undulating roof forms of the main house.
