Built in 2009, the 1,200 square foot renovation opened the living areas to the private rear yard beyond, and all of the rooms to the vaulted attic above. Along with six new strategically located skylights, daylight is allowed to dynamically filter into the house throughout the day, while maintaining the privacy of the residents.
